I am an Australian photographer based in Naarm (Melbourne).
For as long as I can remember, I have felt most at peace holding a camera.
Drawn to analogue photography, with an interest in self-portraiture I felt I finally had a way to express how I see the world. My photographic practice is a deeply personal enquiry into love, longing, grief and beauty. I use qualities of abstract expressionism to honour the constant presence of absence, and frequently use collage and metaphorical imagery, most notably flowers such as roses and lilies, to convey layers of fertility, decay, femininity, and resilience. These symbols, especially the motif of the “Flower”, serve as vessels for both beauty and sorrow.
I have exhibited in several group exhibitions in Melbourne, Canberra and Perth Australia, Barcelona Spain, London UK and Paris France. Publications include the 2024 FotoNostrum Magazine edition of the 22nd Julia Margaret Cameron Awards, Barcelona, and the Kamira Institute Paris’ book “Eyes on the World”, published November 2025.
I am a member of the 2025 cohort of the Penumbra Foundation Long Term Photobook Project. From the program I have birthed my first photobook, FLOWER under ether (self-published, short run edition of 20)
